- The tour price includes all accommodations, meals, and activities as listed in the itinerary. Everyone is requested to participate in food preparations .
- The tour price does not include international flights, travel insurance, or any optional activities or expenses.
- A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to secure your booking.
- The balance of the tour price is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations or changes to the booking may incur additional fees.
-This is an Overland Truck trip with long driving distances, a certain level of fitness in highly beneficial.
-Please note that a Cash payment of $200 or Approx 3200 Rands per person will be required on the first day of the tour to cover additional expenses such as:
- National Park fees
- Local guides, porters and tips
- Vehicle expenses (e.g. fuel, toll gates)
