Over 21 action-packed days, we'll travel through South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, and Zimbabwe, covering over 6,000 kilometres of rugged terrain. Our sturdy truck is designed for comfort and safety, with plenty of space for luggage and gear.

Payment Terms
- Payment may be made by credit card, bank transfer, or check.
- A 3% processing fee will be added to credit card payments.
- Bank transfer fees are the responsibility of the client.
Cancellation Policy
- Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to departure will incur a 10% cancellation fee.
- Cancellations received 30 days or less prior to departure will incur a 50% cancellation fee.
- No-shows will incur a 100% cancellation fee

Additional Information
- The tour price includes all accommodations, meals, and activities as listed in the itinerary. Everyone is requested to participate in food preparations .
- The tour price does not include international flights, travel insurance, or any optional activities or expenses.
- A deposit of 20% of the tour price is required to secure your booking.
- The balance of the tour price is due 30 days prior to departure.
- Cancellations or changes to the booking may incur additional fees.
-This is an Overland Truck trip with long driving distances, a certain level of fitness in highly beneficial.
-Please note that a Cash payment of $200 or Approx 3200 Rands per person will be required on the first day of the tour to cover additional expenses such as:
- National Park fees
- Local guides, porters and tips
- Vehicle expenses (e.g. fuel, toll gates)
-unforeseen costs on the road/tour
This payment will be collected by your guide on the first day of the tour. Please ensure that you have sufficient cash with you, as credit card facilities may be limited in some areas.
